COLLINS, Rev. Dr. Leo B. 71, of Valrico, FL, passed away on Nov. 23, 2012. He devoted his life to his calling as a minister. He was predeceased by his wife, Bernice. Leo is survived by his loving family, a son, Bruce; daughter, Lee; a sister, Patricia Phillips; grandsons, Craig and Christopher, and great-grand-daughters, Hannah and Emma; and many loving family members and friends.
