René A. St. Germain, beloved husband and father, passed away December 13, 2005. René was born October 13, 1930 in Burlington, VT. After graduating from Cathedral High School in Burlington, he went on to a successful career in the aerospace industry, retiring in 1989 as Vice President of Quality for Allied Signal Inc. He was an active member of Scottsdale Elks Lodge #2148. René is survived by his wife, Eloise Darlene St. Germain; brothers, Kenneth P. and Irving R. St. Germain; children, Suzanne M. Casey, John T. St. Germain, and Patrick R. St. Germain; grandchildren, Jennifer M. St. Germain, Erik R. St. Germain, and Kathleen A. Casey. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Elois Ann St. Germain; parents, Cecil A. and Alma M. St. Germain and infant sister, Mary. He will be missed by extended family members including Darolyn K. Rodgers and Douglas Coffman, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. There will be two services: -Memorial Service, Saturday, December 17, 2005 at 10:30am, First Christian Church, 7405 E. McDonald Drive, Scottsdale, AZ; -Catholic Mass, Monday, December 19, 2005 at 10am, St. Benedict Catholic Church, 16223 S. 48th Street, Phoenix AZ. Interment to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 4800 E. Oak, Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
