Rebecca Sue Jackson, of Louisville, died Sunday at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was an assistant supervisor for White Castle for 24 years. She was preceded in death by her father, J.B. Jackson and her brother, Edward Lee Jackson. She is survived by her daughter, Brittany Fischer; mother, Betty Jackson; a sister, Debra Roby; a brother, Junius Jackson; and 10 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at noon Wednesday at Resthaven Funeral Home, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
