RAYMOND BERNARD WILLIAMS1925 - 2008Raymond B. Williams, age 83 of Pensacola, was received into his eternal home on Tuesday, September 16, 2008, surrounded by his loving family. Raymond proudly served in the U.S. Army in the 75th Infantry during WWII. He received several medals, including the Good Conduct Medal, Service Medal with 3 Bronze Stars and the WWII Victory Medal.Raymond is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Virgie Williams; his beloved daughter, Donna F. Medeiros; special grandson, USAF Staff Sergeant, Stephen M. Medeiros; special daughter, Delores Miller; sisters-in-law, Veda Williams and Ruth Williams; special niece & nephew, Larry and Ginger Poole and their extended family; a host of nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 20, 2008 at FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 100 Beverly Pkwy with Pastor Jason Poole officiating. The family will receive friends at Faith Chapel South one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
