Raymond Roger Morin, 79, Cincinnati and formerly of Venice, died Sept. 24, 2003, in Cincinnati. He was born Oct. 17, 1923, in Chicopee, Mass., and came to Venice in 1979. He was a postal worker for the U.S. Postal Service for 31 years in Chicopee. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the South Pacific and receiving the Purple Heart and the Silver Star. He was a member of Epiphany Cathedral in Venice. Survivors include sons Ronald E. of Ooltewah, Tenn., and Dr. Richard of Cincinnati; a brother, Ernest of Chicopee; a sister, Rita Lepine of Chicopee; and four grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Venice Memorial Gardens. Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel, is in charge.
