Raymond Lemieux, age 63, of Middleboro, died Dec. 30, 2012. He was the husband of the late Carol (Kilpeck) and the former husband of Antoinette (Samson). Born in Acushnet, a son of the late Alfred J. and Vivian (Gendron) Lemieux, he spent his youth in New Bedford, moving to Middleboro over 30 years ago. A maintenance supervisor, he worked for the former Merit Oil - later Hess - for many years. Mr. Lemieux was an avid collector. Surviving are his children, Marie Lemieux of Cape Cod and Janine Hammarquist and her husband Michael of New Bedford, Karen Lucas, Burns O., Kent, Dale and Samantha Bailey; sisters, Suzanne Tetreault, Joanne Reynolds; brothers, Richard, Edward, Dennis and Michael Lemieux and the late David Lemieux; and many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at 10 a.m. in St. Francis Xavier Parish, 125 Main St., Acushnet. Relatives and friends invited.
