HOPPER, Raymond, age 76, of Avon Park, Fla., passed away Sunday, April 17, 2005 in Avon Park. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 21, 2005 at 10 a.m. at the Community Bible Church in Avon Park, with Rev. Tom Schankweiler officiating. Interment will be in the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla. He was born December 3, 1928 in Rector, Ark. He was an Instructor for McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft manufacturing for 20 years, attended the Community Bible Church, served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, and has been a resident since 2002, coming from Lake Ozark, Mo. He is survived by his wife, Doris Hopper of Avon Park; daughter, Cheryl Sharp (Elery) of Ballwin, Mo.; sons, Stephen R. Hopper (Toby) of Raleigh, N.C. and Richard Hopper (Rita) of DeMoines, Iowa; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
