CARTER, Randyl Thomas 1923 2010 Randy passed away quietly at home on Monday morning, May 17, 2010. He was born in Victoria and is predeceased by his parents, Vere and Annie and his brothers, Gilbert and Douglas. Randy will be missed by his wife, Rosemary nee Osselton and his loyal dog, Sarah. Randy was a construction carpenter for many years and belonged to the Carpenter's Union. In later years, he worked for School District 62. He enjoyed fishing, loved nature and all the outdoors. Upon retirement, he travelled to many interesting places and he enjoyed sharing his stories of his trips with everyone. He was a member of Esquimalt Anglers and Victoria Outdoor Club and the Y's Men's Club. To honour the memory of Randy, friends and family are invited to a drop-in tea on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 2:00 pm in St. Paul's Anglican Church Hall, 1379 Esquimalt Road.
