Ramona-Wilson Moore, spouse of Jana Moore, daughter of Miles-Howard and Florence-Ethel, died on July 29, 2010.
Ramona Wilson Moore Mona Moore died peacefully in her sleep Thursday, July 29, 2010. She was a daughter of Miles Howard Wilson and Florence Ethel Stamper of Columbia, MS. One of eleven children, she was predeceased by brothers, Carlton, Charles Eugene, Ross, Kiser, Elmo, and Miles Howard Wilson, Jr.; and sisters, Grace Dale, Maureen Powers, and Geneva Brydon. She is survived by sister, Betty Jo Laflin and her husband Denny. She had three children. She was predeceased by son, James E. Moore, Jr. and is survived by daughter, Jana White and her husband David, and son Carlton Howard Moore and his wife the Rev. Karen Moore. She had three grandchildren, the Reverend Michael White and his wife Jana, Laura Owens and her husband Matthew, and Betsy White. She was retired from Wachovia. She was a member of Friendly Ave. Baptist Church in Greensboro. A memorial service will be held at Forbis & Dick-Guilford Chapel at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 1, 2010. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will be in Columbia, MS on Tuesday, August 3, 2010.
