GALLOWAY , Rachel (Rae) Passed away peacefully June 28, 2009 in her 88th year following a very brief battle with lymphoma. She was born in Beiseker, Alberta on February 16, 1922 and lived most of her life in Alberta. She is survived by Ronald, her loving husband of sixty-eight years. Beloved mother of Kathleen Johnson of Calgary and Elizabeth Johnson (Ian) of Mississauga, Ont. Loving grandmother to Robynn Munnings (Tad) of Toronto, Stacey Johnson of Vancouver and Michael Johnson of Victoria as well as great-grandmother to Jakson, Jonah, Ella, Maley and Bea. She is survived by her brother Alex Smith (Marjorie) of Calgary as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving granddaughter Karyn Rachel Johnson (1996) and her beloved daughter Sandra (Sandy) Eileen Galloway (March 18, 2009). Also predeceased by her sisters, Anne Wensrich, Mary Brown; brothers, Bill Smith, Victor Schmidt, George Smith and Walter Smith. Flowers gratefully declined.
