JOHNSON, Ruth V. Age 69, of 780 Rt. 27, Pittsfield, PA, formerly of Middlebury Center, PA, died May 12, 2009 at Rouse Home, Youngsville, PA. She was the wife of Robert Louis Johnson, whom she married December 10, 1960. Ruth was born August 1, 1939 in Blossburg, PA, the daughter of the late Merl (Pete) and Julia Ella VanOrder Applebee. Surviving are her husband, Robert; sons, Ricky (Bell) Johnson, Covington, PA, and Louis Lynn (Penny) Johnson, Middlebury Ctr., PA; daughter, Julie (Gilbert) Pannebaker, Mansfield, PA; seven grandchildren; sisters, Katherine (Leon) Costley, Middlebury Ctr., PA, and Donna Perkins, Mooresville, NC; brother, Lewis Applebee, Keeneyville, PA.
