SMITH, Ruth Skinner, age 84, a resi-dent of Deatsville, AL., died Friday, September 5, 2003. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 7, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Gassett Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stan Holt officiating. Burial will be at Shoal Creek Cemetery with Gassett Fu-neral Home of Wetumpka direct-ing. Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, F. Ar-nold Smith. She is survived by two sons, Frank Smith of Pike Road, AL., Herbert Smith of Deatsville, AL.; three daughters, Sarah White of Prattville, AL., Patricia Bergan of Mil-lbrook, AL., Trelace Adams of We-tumpka, AL., 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Active pallbear-ers will be Joshua Folmar, Justin Folmar, Kevin Bowman, Danny Bowman, Christopher Brown, and Mike Daniels. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim White, Jason Smith, De-rek Bergan, Alex Wells, and Max Wells. Visitation will be held Sun-day, September 7, 2003 at Gassett Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
