MOULTON, RUTH I. Ruth I. Moulton, age 79, passed away on April 11, 2013. She was the wife and very best friend to her husband. Survivors are her husband, Melvin H. Moulton; a daughter, Vickie Mandell; and a son, Bruce Moulton. Also, Ruth had 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and many friends that are like family. There will be no services. I would like to thank everyone that prayed for her. Open House will be held on April 27th at the home Melvin Moulton. Charter Funeral Home.
