CARTER, ROSIE MARIE Rosie Marie Carter, 80, passed away at North Florida Regional Medical Center on Friday, Feb. 18, 2011. She was a resident of High Springs, a homemaker and a member of High Springs Church of God. She was born in North Carolina, the daughter of Bossie Jones and Buelah Balance. She had been in the care of her daughter, Wendy Williams for seven years with a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Waxler, Jr, and brother, Bill Jones. She is survived by son, Arnold Waxler; daughters, Linda Baker, Sharon Howe, Patricia Barber and Wendy Williams; husband, Donald Carter, sister, Kitty Jones; eleven grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild.
