DAVIS, ROBERT LLOYD, 87, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011 at Robley Rex V.A. Medical Center. Born in Boston, KY, he was a self-employed construction contractor, a Marine veteran of World War II and a member of Valley Station Church of Christ. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Mackie; one daughter, Rickie Bradley and one son, Dana Robert Davis, both of Elizabethtown, KY; stepson, Bill Danley of Louisville; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. His funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation is noon-8 p.m. Wednesday.
