SANBORN, ROBERT A., A Funeral service for Robert A. Sanborn, 89, of Kissimmee who died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005 will be held at Conrad & Thompson Funeral home on Monday, Dec. 5th at 10AM with the Elk's Lodge of Kissimmee, officiating. Burial will follow at Osceola Memory Gardens, Kissimmee. Friends may call from 4-7PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Sanborn was born in Nantucket, MA moved to Kissimmee in 1967 from Syracuse, NY. He was a retired painter with Tupperware. He was a member of the Elk's Lodge 1873 of Kis simmee and was a volunteer fire fighter for 44 years with the Taunton, NY, Westly, RI and the Kissimnee Fire Departments. Survivors include sons, Charles E. Sanborn, Syracuse, NY and James W. Sanborn, Kissimmee; daughter, Pauline Serrao, Syracuse, NY; his brothers, Edgar F. Sanborn, Paul W. Sanborn, both of Cape Coral and sister, Virginia Beaumont, Vero Beach; 15 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be made to the Elk's Childrens Charity. Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, Kissimmmee, in charge of arrangements.
