Obituary of Rev. -Kevin-Lee Jordan


JORDAN, REV. KEVIN LEE, Rev. Kevin Lee Jordan, 43, of Orlando passed away on March 16, 2004. He was born Nov. 9, 1960 at the Orlando Air Force Base in Orlando. He graduated from Boone High School and also attended Mid Florida Tech and Valencia Community College. He joined Delaney St. Baptist Church at a early age and he was ordained as a Deacon and Minister. He was a faithful member of West Orange Baptist Church and served as Minister of Students at West Orange where his family are all members. He also worked as a Project Engineer for Disney for 25 years. Kevin was very active as a soccer coach for 15 years and loved soccer and all sports. He played the trumpet and other instruments and loved to sing solos. Kevin is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Kathy; his sons, Joshua, Jeremy and Joel; his mother, Nora; two brothers, Ronald and David. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles R. Jordan. The family will receive friends at West Orange Baptist Church on Friday from 6-8PM. Funeral Service will be 11AM Saturday at Delaney Street Baptist Church. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Kevin was a loving husband and father, and he will be greatly missed by his church families and all of his many friends. Services are by WOODLAWN MEMORIAL PARK & FUNERAL HOME. 407-293-1361.
