Mrs. Queen Carter a resident of White Springs, Florida passed away March 11, 2010 in the Lake City Medical Center. Mrs. Carter is survived by her mother Mrs. Rosa Fisher, six children, Kay Copeland, Earl Carter, Dwight Carter, Daphne Carter, Deborah McMillian, and Marvin D. Carter, two brothers; Fredie Smith and Warner Smith, four sister in laws; Rosetta Jones, Johnnie Mae Carter, Aleatha Carter and Lavern Carter, brother in law; Andrew Carter. grandchildren, and many other close relatives and friends. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, March 19, 2010 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. in New Bethel A.M.E.
