TURNER , Phyllis 1920 - 2015 After a very brief illness and in her 96th year, Phyllis Turner died peacefully on July 17, 2015. Predeceased by Benson, her husband of 58 years, she leaves her loving children Mona (Francoise Mondor), Michael (Wendy Woods), and Leslie; grandchildren Romanie Vernham, Zoe Vernham, Sean Turner, Jessica Turner; great grandchildren Vivian, Noah, Luke, Emmanuelle, and Charlotte; nieces Penelope and Jill and nephew Adam. Phyllis was a shining light in our lives, living proof that longevity can be an inspiration and an example. She will be deeply and sadly missed and her legacy and love will be treasured by all of us. A private memorial will be held in Rigaud on August 1st. In lieu of flowers donations to DANS LA RUE, an organization for homeless youth, would be greatly appreciated.
