MILLER - Phyllis Dorothy Miller (nee Hartz). It is with deep sorrow that we, her children, announce the sudden passing of our beautiful mother and grandmother. She went to meet her Lord at the age of 70 years on Sunday, November 21, 2004. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 26, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home (East on 8th St. turn right before the railway tracks). Mom was born in Saskatoon and raised in Clavet SK. She and Dad were married on November 25, 1955. They lived and raised their family in the Elstow district. She will be sadly missed by her loving children, Glen (Kathy), Colleen (Alvin), Gary (Sherry), Brenda, Kevin (Norine); thirteen grandchildren, two sisters, six brothers and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack; parents, Jake and Edna Hartz; and three brothers in infancy. Mom enjoyed doing puzzles, shopping and coffeeing with friends. She loved to socialize and always kept in touch with family and friends. Mom will always be remembered for her storytelling and baking, especially her cherry cheesecake. Family was most important to her and we have many memories to cherish.
