McGEE - Phyllis Anne (nee Dobie) Age 79, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2012. Phyllis was born on August 31, 1932 in Niagara Falls, NY. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Sephora Dobie. She was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Carl E. McGee, Sr. Phyllis is survived by three children: son, James (Dawn) McGee, Sr.; daughter, Melodie (McGee) Stein and son, Robert (Carole) McGee. She was predeceased by her son, Carl E. McGee, Jr., who died in 1978 while serving in the US Air Force in Korea. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, brothers in law, Jesse U. McGee, Jr. and Alfred Hewitt; and her daughter in law, Charlotte McGee and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, James Dobie and sister, Margaret Englert. There will be no prior visitation as Phyllis' body was donated to the Anatomical Gift Program at the University of Buffalo. Flagler Chapter #355 OES will hold an Eastern Star Service at 2 PM on Sunday, July 29, 20112 that will be followed at 2:30 PM by a Celebration of Life Service at the United Baptist Christian Church, 4800 Creek Rd., Lewiston, NY, with the Rev.
