TUSCALOOSA | Phillip David Anderson, age 50, of Tuscaloosa, died February 15, 2015, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, February 27, 2015, at Wills' Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. David Gay officiating. Burial will follow in West Highland Memorial Gardens with Wills' Funeral Service directing. Visitation will be Thursday, February 26, 2015, from 12 noon to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
