DEATH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PETER KELLY Pension Member November 5, 2006 The Officers and Members of Local Union No. 164 hereby acknowledge the passing of Brother Peter Kelly who passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2006. Brother Kelly was initiated into the I.B.E.W. in 1957 and was a member for 49 years. He was a pension member residing in Duxberry, Massachusetts.
