Son of the late Mary Sweeney and James Kelly of Ireland. Dear brother of John (Kathleen), Canon James and Father Patrick Kelly, all of Ireland. Uncle of 4 nieces and 1 nephew. Friends may call at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, on Wednesday, September 3 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass Thursday, September 4 at 10 a.m. in Saint Patrick's Basilica, 220 Kent Street. Interment Hope Cemetery. Knights of Columbus will assemble at the funeral home for fraternal prayers on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
