Peter James Hollywood III FLORIDA -- Peter James Hollywood III passed away peacefully Sept. 12, 2009, at Blake Memorial Hospital, freeing himself of his exhausted body. Peter was born Nov. 2, 1945, in Portland, where attended schools, graduating from Cheverus High School. He earned a bachelor's degree from Queens College in New York and a master's degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. Peter was the youngest of three children of P. James and Sally Hollywood. He was employed and retired from Delta Airlines, based in New York and Boston. After marrying Susan Niles of Providence, R.I., they proceeded to have four beautiful daughters. The first, Jillian, was born the day Elvis died. Peter, being a huge Elvis fan, felt this was astonishing and very ironic. Even though the family moved to Florida in 1991, he remained a lifelong Boston Red Sox and Celtics fan. Peter loved and was loved by many. He had an insatiable sense of humor that drew many to him. Peter was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his widow, Susan; daughters, Jillian of Bradenton, Fla., Ashley of Aberdeen, Scotland, Heida and Paige of Orlando, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Brayden and Brooklyn of Bradenton, Fla. He is also survived by two sisters, Ann McDonough and her husband Joe of Standish, and Pam Webster and her husband Wayne of North Yarmouth and Sarasota, Fla. There will be services in Maine and Florida at a later date. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be sent to the National Parkinson's Disease Foundation. Peter James Hollywood III
