Peter James KellyFormerly of Lowell; 60 POMPANO BEACH, FL -- Peter James Kelly, 60, a resident of Pompano Beach, FL for the past 35 years, died at his home on October 7, 2013. He was born in Lowell on December 15, 1952 and was a son of the late James A. and Nancy (Darling) Kelly. Peter graduated from Austin Prep School in Reading, MA and North Adams State University. He was an avid golfer and in his younger years he enjoyed playing baseball, hockey, and football. He was a member of several veteran's organizations.Peter is survived by his sisters, Kimberly Santos and her husband, Arthur of Amesbury, and Elizabeth Oblachinski of Temecula, CA; nieces and nephews; Matthew and Elizabeth Santos of Boston, Andrew and Colleen Santos of Newburyport, and Rachael, Molly, and Hannah Oblachinski of Temecula, CA. KELLY -- PETER JAMES. Private family services were held with interment in Lowell Cemetery.
