PEGGY M. SMITH INDIALANTIC Peggy M. Smith, 77, of Indialan tic, died Sunday, April 29, 2007 at Memorial Regional Hospital North in Hollywood, FL of com plications from Alzheimers disease. A long time resident of India lantic, Peggy was active in the local chapter of Sweet Adelines choral and quartet singing groups. She was the mother of six children, four boys and two girls. Peggy McDuffee was raised in southern New Hampshire, the daughter of the late John B., and Minnie McDuffee of Dover, NH. She met her husband, William B. Smith, Sr., at the Uni versity of New Hampshire and relocated to Florida when he was stricken with Polio in 1947. After her daughters gradua tion from Melbourne High School in 1977, Peggy held a variety of administrative assist ant positions for a local law firm, Florida Institute of Technology and Congressman (now U.S. Senator) Bill Nelson in Mel bourne. Peggy is survived by her four sons, Robert and James of Mel bourne, Jack of Las Vegas, NV, and William Jr. of Lexington, MA. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 5th, 3 - 4 p.m. at Brownlie- Maxwell Chapel in Melbourne, with service following at 4 p.m.
