SCOTTSBURG JONES, PEGGY LEE, 57, died Tuesday. She was a member of Green Street Chapel. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Ethel Hayre Lewis, and a sister, Nancy Hibbard. She is survived by her husband, Donnie Jones; sons, Doug (Robynn) Jones and Lewis Jones; grandchildren, Drew, Drake and Angel Jones; brother, Troy Cheek; and sisters, Ruth Cottongim, Ruby Ritter, Pearl Deane Miller, Sue Ritch, Sharon Minton and Karen Combs. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Collins Funeral Home, with burial in Scottsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m Thursday.
