PEARL LEE, 80 HAINES CITY - Pearl Lee, 80, of Haines City, Florida, entered into peaceful rest on November 5, 2011 due to respiratory failure. She was born in Midway, Alabama on Jan. 16, 1931. She enjoyed working with exotic birds and the youth at church. She was a member of the Oakland Church of Christ in Haines City, Florida. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Jule H. Lee, former city building inspector for the city of Haines City. Pearl is survived by one son: Dwight Burnett, four sisters: Gertha Spear of Cleveland, Ohio, Mattie Irving of Montgomery Alabama, Thelma Ivery of Detroit, Michigan, and Georgia B. Person of Gary, Indiana, two brothers: Darnell Parker of Midway, Alabama, and James Parker of Detroit, Michigan, loving cousin Mrs. Eddie Mae Matthews, and a loving and devoted caregiver, Annie Manuel. Services will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Oakland Church of Christ, 1106 Ave. F., Haines City. Public viewing will be held on Friday, November 11, 2011 from 6-9pm at the Oakland Church of Christ. Services entrusted to A.J. Manuel Funeral Home, Hollywood, FL.
