Pauline Rowe Jordan, formerly of 34 Woodvale Ave., widow of William Thomas Jordan, died Tuesday, March 20, 2001, at National HealthCare in Mauldin. Born in West Pelzer Jan. 22, 1915, she was the daughter of William Lee and Ella Thompson Rowe. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Bible Class. She is survived by a son, James Rodney Jordan and his wife, Ellen, of Greenville; and a daughter, Barbara Ann Gibson and her husband, Lynwood, of Columbia; five grandchildren, James Rodney Jordan, Jr. of Marietta, Ga., Robert Glenn Jordan of Lawrenceville, Ga., Susan Lynn Walters of Springfield, Karen Elizabeth Hartley of Atlanta, and Camille Pauline Walters of Columbia; three great-grandchildren, Laura Caitlin Jordan, Kailee Elizabeth Jordan and Kira Nicole Jordan; and a sister, Edna Henderson of Belton. She was predeceased by a sister, Eleanor Vaughn of Edgefield. The family is at the home of Rodney and Ellen Jordan at 316 Longview Terrace, and will receive friends today from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive. Graveside services will be held today at 3:30 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Section L. Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 2703 Augusta Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
