Polly Espey Hanley, 83, of 502 Hall Road, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday ,Dec. 7, 2003.Mrs. Hanley was born in Easley. She was the daughter of the late Tom and Essie Lesley Espey.Mrs. Hanley was retired from the Greenville Hospital System and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Easley.Surviving are five children and their spouses, Charlene and Jerry, Geri and Billy, Jean and Johnny, Terry and Jeanie, Rick and Lynn; two stepchildren and their spouses, Janice and Buddy, Sherry and Calvin; twenty-six grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren.Her husband, a son, and a grandson predeceased Mrs. Hanley.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home, Downtown, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.The family will receive friends this evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.The family will be at the home of a daughter, 502 Hall Road, Easley.Robinson Funeral Home, Downtown, is assisting the family with arrangements.
