Cullman<!--Cullman-->Funeral for Pauline Edith Carter, 88, of Cullman will be Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with the Rev. Dave Bradford officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Carter, who died Saturday, March 29, 2008, at Cullman Regional Medical Center, was born Oct. 10, 1919, in Cullman County to Annie Wilcutt Houtten. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Clifton Carter, pre ceded her in death. Survivors include one daughter, Shirley M. Carnell and husband, Garold, of Eva; two grandchildren, Sherry Adams and husband, James "Bubba", of Athens, and James Wise of Little Rock, Ark.; two great grandchildren, Hunter Adams and Linday Adams, both of Athens; and two sisters, Hazel Duke of Vinemont and Ella Mae Hayes of Cullman.
