Pauline Davis, 72Crystal RiverPauline L. Davis, 72, of Crystal River, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Citrus Memorial Hospital. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during the last days of her life. A funeral Service for her Home going celebration will be held Saturday September, 11 2010 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church 2105 North Georgia Road Crystal River Florida 34429. The family will receive friends and family Friday September 10, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the: Brown Funeral Home 5430 West Gulf to Lake Hwy. Lecanto, Fla. 34461.Pauline was raised by her grandparents William and Ida Watkins of Crystal River, Florida. She attended Booker T Washington High School and was an active member of the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. She married Horace Davis Sr. in March 1957. She was a supporter of The Key Training Center and The Community Action Foundation of Citrus County. Pauline worked for over twenty years in Real Estate in Crystal River, Florida.She leaves to mourn her passing, two sons, Mr. Horace Davis Jr. and wife Tania of Homosassa, Mr. Dwayne Davis and wife Cristy of Ellenwood GA, and one daughter Ms. Diane Davis of Orlando Florida. She leaves two Sisters, Beverly Ann Prude and husband Tony of Detroit Michigan, Rhonda Yvonne Brown of Detroit Michigan brother Charles Donwell and wife Sharon of Detroit, Michigan and proceeding Joseph Donwell Jr.She also leaves her great uncles Winzalo T Watkins and wife Mary of Crystal River, Florida and Franklin B Watkins and wife Altamese of Lakeland Florida.Pauline Davis enjoyed grandchildren, Timothy Tyson, Johnny Tyson, Shimika Tyson, Natalie Tyson, Xavier Davis, Mikaila Mack, Jorden Davis and Jayden Davis.
