Pueblo, CO - Pauline Chandler Finn, formerly a resident of Athens, GA, died June 4, 2010 in Pueblo, CO of natural causes.She is preceded in death by her parents, Harlan Chandler & Arlie Jane Burris; siblings, Bud Chandler and Nancy Page & close friends Ray Holloway & Betty Johnson. She is survived by daughters, Janice Boxer & Sharon Finn; grandson, Peter Finn; siblings, Millie Aultman, Pat Clifford, Ronald Chandler; & step mother, Elizabeth Chandler, as well as many nieces & nephews. Jan Thompson & her sons were also like family.Pauline was raised in Cincinnati, OH & attended nursing school in Indianapolis. She worked in several doctor offices before becoming a claims rep for the Social Security Administration in Athens. After retiring she worked for Dial America.Pauline lived an active life & had many interests such as genealogy, bird watching, gardening and traveling in her sporty red cars. Among her favorite things were red roses, azaleas, Athens Botanical Gardens & Helen, GA. She especially loved Christmas and kept her tree up year round. Baking goodies to share with family & friends & sending care packages to our soldiers gave her a lot of pleasure. She will be remembered as a kind & generous woman with a loving heart, always ready to lend a hand or ear to others in need.In Pauline's memory those who wish may send care packages to our soldiers overseas.
