Paul Wendell Age 59, of 218 Cliff Rd. W., Wading River, NY, passed away February 28, 2003 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Diane of Wading River; children, Scott Lyon and Joanna Mattison of Corning, NY, Steve Lyon and Paula Theetge of Woodhull, NY; step-children, Andy and Marcie Dugan, Michael and Barbara Dugan, and Sherri Dugan and Jason Yuen, all of Wading River, NY; sister, Jean Brate of Woodhull, NY; brothers, Dr. John and Marilyn Lyon of Ojai, CA, Dan and Candy Whiting of Corning, NY; step-brother, Roger and Mary Catherine Whiting of Horseheads, NY; step-sisters, Joan and Mitch Mitchell of Elmira, NY, and Sharon and Frank Dunkle of Pine City, NY; and seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 16, 2003, at 1 p.m. at the Osceola, PA, Presbyterian Church. The family will provide flowers. Memorials may be made to Southern Tier Hospice.
