Dr. Paul Thomas Smith, 84, died Feb. 14, 2013, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens. He was born in Wooster, Ohio, and lived in Fort Pierce for seven years, coming from Ohio. He was a graduate of Ohio State Dental School with a DDS degree. He was a Navy veteran, having served as a fighter pilot during the Korean War. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Janice Smith of Fort Pierce; son, Keith Smith of Mansfield, Ohio; stepson, Scott Swan of Montpelier, Ohio; brother, David Smith of Ashland, Ohio; sisters, Jane Stephens of Harrington, Del., and Rose Deck of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and three grandchildren. Services: Burial will be conducted privately by the family. Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home & Crematory.
