Obituary of Paul Taylor

TAYLOR, PaulIt is with profound sadness that we are announcing the death of Paul Taylor. Predeceased by his parents George and Barbara (nee Hanley) Taylor. He was a loving and devoted husband to Sandra (Corneau). A proud and loving father of two wonderful children, Ian and Alec. Sadly missed by his stepmother, Dorothy (Dee) Parker. He was the brother of Maureen Taylor-Greenly (David) Kemptville, Bill Taylor (Kim) Windsor, and Linda Filippi (Lou) Aurora. He will be missed dearly by his nieces and nephews Rory, Sydney, Natalie, Daniel and Alyssa. Waiting patiently to go for a walk on Mo''s couch, is Carley. Paul was a lover of Canadian music, a nature enthusiast who loved canoeing with his good pals particularly his cousin and best friend Jim Beacom. He passed on his love of music and nature to his boys. His presence at family gatherings with aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family will be sorely missed. Paul was a kind and gentle soul. His passing has shaken so many who are close to him and it reminds us all of the importance of expressing kindness, understanding, love and compassion on a daily basis. Donations to The Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health or The University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated. Friends may pay respects at theKelly Funeral Home, Barrhaven Chapel3000 Woodroffe Ave, Nepean, K2J 4G3613-823-4747Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Condolences and sharing memories at www.kellyfh.ca.
