Paul Smith SPARTANBURG, SC-- Paul Edward Smith, of 120 Putman Court, passed away after a lengthy illness on Friday, January 3, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of Charlene Stewart Smith McCraw and Mitchel E. McCraw and the late Kenneth L. Smith. He was a graduate of Gaffney High School and formerly worked at Walmart in Spartanburg on East Main Street. Surviving are two brothers, Richard Smith and wife, Brandy; a step-brother, Steven McCraw and wife, Tonya, both of Gaffney; two step-sisters, Wanda Blackwell and husband, Edward and Kimberly Freeman and husband, Kenny, both of Gaffney; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date by the Dialysis Clinic in Spartanburg.
