JOHNSON Paul S. Johnson “ Honey”, 88, passed away August 14, 2004 in Orange Park. Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of Louisville School of Engineering. He retired from Southeastern Aluminum Products in 1987 and was associated with AAA Screen Co. for many years. Mr. Johnson served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He loved his family, the Florida Gators, flying (especially the Bonanza), and fried shrimp. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; and a son, Bobby Wayne. Survivors include his daughter, Janis Hydock of Jacksonville; two sons, Steven Johnson of Jacksonville Beach and David Johnson and his wife, Betty of Orange Park; a brother, Glen Johnson of Melbourne, FL; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends, and his guardian and protector for seven years, Peaches. The family will receive friends from 9:00- 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 20th, at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4115 Hendricks Avenue. A graveside service will be hel d at 11:00 at Greenlawn Cemetery.
