Services will be 12 noon Saturday at the TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL 850-942-1950. Born in Bartow, FL, Mr. Napier was a U.S. Army veteran and a certified electrician. Survivors include: his children, Sopaula, Minister Paul III and Shaconda Napier and Lita (Danian) Gordon; mother, Hazel Napier Leonard; siblings, Jamira Lanh, Jamera Napier, Annie Lois Allen, Richard, Nathaniel and Avalon Napier and Bennie Black; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Paul's father, Paul Napier, Sr. preceded him in death.
