Paul Vernon Mitchell, 83, widower of Ruby Reed Mitchell, of 137 Cannon Road, died Friday, February 13, 2009, at his home.A native of Paris, Ky., he was a son of the late Charles and Lillian Waugh Mitchell, a retired employee of Carotell Paperboard, U.S. Army Veteran of World War II, and a member of the Living Word Praise and Worship Center of Lyman.Surviving are three sons, Terry Allen Mitchell and his wife, Vivian, of Blue Ridge, Sammy Gene Mitchell of the home and Ronnie Mitchell of Wellford; four brothers, Clyde, Claude, Gene and James Donald Mitchell, all of Paris, Ky.; one sister, Rosella Purcell of Paris, Ky.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, conducted by Rev.
