PaUL JOSEPH "BuGS" MARTIN April 19, 1932 -- October 5, 2009 God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come to me". Surrounded by his family and close friends, Paul passed peacefully after a determined and courageous fight. Together with his true love and wife of 50 years, Mary Ann (nee Southon), Paul will be forever cherished in the hearts of his children and grandchildren, Cathy and Dave Wilson (Rachel), Teresa and Graden Forrest (Gavin, Callum), Tom and Sarah Martin (Madeleine, Tara) and Joan and Bruce Boulding ( Gabrielle, Alexandra, Nicholas). Remembered lovingly by his family, Mike and Rena Martin, Marie and Gerald Roy and Jeanette and Pasquale Belluz and many relatives and friends. We express our gratitude to all of Dad's caregivers over the recent months and during his final days in the Palliative Care Unit at Providence Healthcare. Resting at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, friends will be received for visitation on Wednesday, October 7 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., 6150 Yonge Street, south of Steeles at Goulding. Paul's love for life and his generous humour and spirit will be celebrated at a Funeral Mass at St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church, 670 Sheppard Avenue E. (east of Bayview), on Thursday, October 8 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, 305 Erskine Avenue, Toronto.
