HUDSON, N.H. -- Paul "Pepe" Fournier, 78, a Hudson resident who worked at Raytheon Co. for more than three decades and was active with youth sports, died Thursday, Nov. 17, at his residence. He was the husband of Elizabeth (Shea) Fournier, who died in 1999.He was born in Norwich, Conn., June 27, 1927, son of the late Pierre and Edna (Bergeron) Fournier.Mr. Fournier worked for more than 30 years at Raytheon, in Bedford, Mass.For many years, Mr. Fournier was an assistant coach with various Pop Warner, Little League, and Recreational Basketball teams.He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who were his pride and joy.He is survived by a son and a daughter in law, Len and Judith Fournier of Hudson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Pattye and Arthur Franz of Boxboro, Mass. and Lauren and Steven Erickson of Hudson; a brother and a sister-in-law, Louis and Phyllis Fournier of Lowell; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Gertrude Defero of Lawrence, Mass., Lorraine and Carl Martin, residing in Maine, Rose Lyons of Hudson, and Edna and John Mullen of Tyngsboro; 10 grandchildren, Robert Dufresne of Hudson, Jessica Dufresne of Strattford, Conn., Paul Fournier III, Patrick Fournier, and Susan Fournier, all of Hudson, Nathan Franz, Hayley Franz, and Hannah Franz, all of Boxboro, Mass., Danika Erickson and Jace Erickson, both of Hudson; as well as several nieces and nephews.He was also the father of Paula Dufresne, who died in 1987. He was also predeceased by six brothers and a sister.
