Dr. Willis was a resident of Clay County. He was a member of the medical honor fraternity, AOA and a Fellow of the American College of Radiology, the Society of Interventional Radiologists and the American Medical Association.He practiced in Jacksonville, Florida at St. Vincent's and St. Luke's Hospitals; and in Sarasota, Florida in both a hospital and private practice setting. Paul was predeceased by his sons, Scott and John and daughter, Catherine. Survivors include his wife of thirty nine years, MaryEllen Simons Willis; his daughter, Beth (Fred) and son Dan (Sandy), as well as his grandchildren, Seanpaul, Nicholas, Ian, Kendall, Harrison, Bailey, John, Matthew, Rick and Jordan.A memorial reception will be hosted by his wife, MaryEllen in the Florida Yacht Club's Astor Room from 11:30 until 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 2, 2010, 5210 Yacht Club Rd., Jacksonville, Florida, 32210.
