Funeral services will at 1 p.m. Saturday at Morgan Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Patsy Evans, 74, Attalla, with the Rev. Vickie Cater and Chaplain Jim Wilson officiating, with burial in Steele Cemetery.Mrs. Evans was born in Memphis, Tenn., grew up in Steele, but lived most of her life in Attalla. She devoted her life to her family, her career and her church. She was a member of the Steele United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Susie Hammond; brother, Frank "Bo" Hammond; husband, J P "Buddy" Evans; and her son, Danny Evans.Survivors: loving daughter, Angie Evans Mayo (D. Mike); precious grandson, Justin Williams (Alicia); sister-in-law, Judy Hammond; devoted sister, Carol Faye Wilson (Jimmy); and several nieces and nephews.Pallbearers: Alan Satterfield, Drew Satterfield, Scott Simpson, Will Simpson, Jonathan Hamilton, Johnny Williams, D.
