SMITH Patricia Smith went home to be with her Lord on March 25, 2014 after a 15 month battle with cancer. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother and a good friend. She was a nurse at UF Jax for over 20 years and very active in her church. She leaves behind her husband of 44 years (Dannie), her daughter Mindy, and her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Candice and coming granddaughter, Hayden. She also leaves behind her beloved sister LaDonna (Mike), nieces Jordanna and Korrinne (Chris) and Karolyn, Viki and nephew Jack and great nephew Kamm.
