SMITH, Patricia (nee Crosby) - Peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the age of 71, at Sunnybrook Hospital. Retired Canada Post employee. Patricia, beloved wife of the late Douglas. Loving mother of Deborah and her husband Guy. Loving and dear grandmother of Scott and Craig. Patricia will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Sunnybrook Hospital for their kindness, compassion and wonderful care given to Patricia, especially Debi SSSU and Vicky CRCU.
