SMITH, Patricia Lilian(nee Stephenson)February 20, 1925 - August 30, 2015It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Patricia Smith, who passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the age of 90 years.She was predeceased by her husband William "Bill" Smith and daughter Carol Taylor. Patricia is lovingly remembered by her son Terry (Colleen) Smith, grandchildren Creighton (Hanna) Smith and Kim (Dave) Helm, and great-grandchildren Wyatt Smith, Brooke Helm and Madison Helm.A Celebration of Patricia''s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 7, 2015 at the Woodvale Facility and Golf Clubhouse, 4540-50 Street NW, Edmonton (located on the Millwoods Golf Course).In memory of Patricia, please consider a donation to the Edmonton Humane Society in her honour.
