Patricia M. Murray passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, N.J. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013, at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Born in Greenwich, Conn., Patricia resided in Short Hills for 36 years before moving to Basking Ridge two years ago. She was an avid golfer, bridge and tennis player, and a longtime member of the Canoe Brook Country Club. She enjoyed traveling to the Hamptons, New England, and Europe, and loved attending Broadway plays. Patricia was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church in Short Hills for many years. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Joseph Basil and Ruth Maguire. Surviving are her beloved husband, Parker K. Murray; her son, Basil Murray and his wife, Carrie, of Mendham, N.J.; her son, Parker Murray, of Hewitt, N.J.; her two grandchildren, Kyle and Maeve, and her three beloved sisters, Terry O'Brien, Suzanne Maguire and Amanda Maguire. Patricia was a special friend to many and will be missed by all who knew her.
