PATRICIA M. JOHNSON HAMMOND, IN Patricia M. Johnson, age 76, of Hammond, IN, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Frederick W.; five children: Timothy Sirbas, Paul Sirbas, Kathleen Sirbas, Margaret Hayden, Christopher Sirbas; 13 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters: Margaret Jackson and Betty Cousins; father of the four children, George Sirbas. Preceded in death by her two children: Georgiana Forsythe and Michael Sirbas. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 8, 2010 at 10:00 AM from LaHayne Funeral Home, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond, IN with Pastor Lou Rodriguez, officiating.
